Category, Specialty, and Skill Edits Creating Extra Edit History Entries and Events

We resolved an issue where Category, Specialty, and Skill edits were saving as duplicate entries in edit history for the applicable record. Now, users will see a single entry per Category, Specialty, or Skill edit, with multiple rows if applicable.
